Image Smart provide support coverage for all our solutions throughout the island of Ireland.
Our Customer Support Centre is Dublin based and is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm. It provides a single point of contact for fault reporting and consumables orders. Telephone assistance is available to all callers for immediate resolution whenever possible. Where telephone assistance cannot be used to resolve a fault, call details will be escalated to the field based service team.
Engineers carry a full car kit that includes all high frequency service items which enables them to resolve 98% of all calls on the first visit. In the event that the required is not carried by the engineer it will be shipped for next day delivery.
